    Easter White Ash is straight grained, heavy, hard, and strong. It machines well and needs to be predrilled to prevent splitting from nails and screws. Ash glues moderately well and is commonly used for cabinets and flooring, handle stock, baseball bats, unupholstered furniture, and millwork.
