Yellowheart is relatively easy to work with for both hand and power tools. When planning Yellowheart you have to pay more attention to the grain direction, to limit tear out. It nails adequately, glues easily and sands to a high polish. Yellowheart is used for furniture, parquet flooring, turnery, or as an inlay to create color contrast.
