Okume BS-1088

The Okoume species is used extensively in wooden boat building for it's ideal strength and durability-to-weight ratio, and is grown only in the equatorial west coast of Africa. Our Okoume is virtually void free and manufactured by Joubert. If  you're in need of a strong, light weight marine grade plywood,  then you just found it.

Hydrotek BS-1088

Our Hydrotek has Keruing  faces are used for both aesthetic beauty and high impact strength, while the core is comprised of  Meranti to maintain the strength and durability to weight ratio. Hydrotek marine Keruing is manufactured with more ply’s than traditional marine plywood produced in North America to ensure both stability and strength. Virtually free of any core voids, high quality core veneers, and Phenolic resin reduces the chance for the panel to delaminate.

Aquatek BS 6566

Aquatek marine plywood is manufactured with Keruing  faces to ensure both strength and durability, while the core is comprised of Keruing as well to maintain the strength and durability to weight ratio. The use of slightly thicker core veneers allow us to offer this panel as an inexpensive alternative to both European and North American marine plywood products, while still being produced to the British Marine plywood standard. The BS 6566 is a lower grade and intended to be used above the waterline. The Aquatek and Hydrotek look the same but are constructed under different guidelines.
